I have downloaded orb and created an account. I go to the Orb website ( which I am logged in to on both the pc and the phone ) to try and stream but, there is nothing there when i pull the open app tab down. What am I doing wrong? I have added files in the audio section but, nothing....

You don't need to be logged into Orb on your PC.
Once you set it up the application should be running and show an icon in the lower right by the clock. Make sure you're connected to the internet with a fast connection and you should be able to browse to your media files and play anything on your computer.
