ok so my old storm screen broke and i bought a used one, once activated i hooked it up to my computer and did a backup restore, everything works fine except i dont get any facebook or my emails sent to my phone anymore.

in face i keep getting the old users email.

when i check my email settings under the options it only shows my email, so i tryed a security wipe, then restored the phone again, and im still only getting their email! anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Have you tried going through BIS and setting up a new account?

https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw This site is for VZW - if you are on another carrier and you can do a search for it. That may work for you.

You need to start with an ESN change before you do the *228 programming. You can do the ESN change on VZW's website or you can call *611 from a vzw cell phone (not the one you're trying to activate) or you can call 800-922-0204.

After the the ESN change, you can do the *228 programming. You'll want option 1.

Since it's a BB, you should then login to your BIS account and change your PIN.
