I need to go through verizon insurance. This is my first claim in over a year and my first one with the storm.
Basically I woke up and my dog chewed the entire top left corner (there the lock button is) completely off. The storm still works most of the time but the touchscreen with get completely screwey now and then.
What i'm wondering is if I should tell them I ran it over with my car or something else.
Also, will they send me a S2 since the storm 1 is EOL?
Finally third question,
If they don't cover it and I have to get a new phone, which one would you go with? I really like the touchscreen and I need the blackberry for work (they pay the bill but not for the phone).
