Ok my girlfriend has a storm and her screen went black with a line across it. I have takin the thing apart and cleaned it. (i am a sprint tech) but it still doesnt work. And when i went to back up he info with desktop manager it wont connect. It still charges but it wont connect to the desktop manager. My tour connects just fine and i reinstalled dm. Its unlocked on at&t so no swaps possible. Can anyone think of a way i could fix this????
