i have a mac and have downloaded all the correct software, but when i try to go into media stuff it says i have no media card installed. My contacts and the like sync up fine but somehow i cannot add music...

anybody able to help?

Also, if you go to the blackberry site where you download pocketMac, there is an optional download in the same area that includes all the latest drivers. I believe it is listed under pocketMac as "download latest drivers" or some derivative. After installing the latest drivers, try a different USB port.
