Got my storm opening day. Just went on to my BIS account to update my PIN. For some reason, my blackberry e-mail address didn't move with it. E-mail accounts I had forwarded to that address...are now kicked back. I ended up creating a new blackberry e-mail account...but was wondering if I can get my old one back? Does it stay with the device? Doesn't make much sense if I can't change it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You would need to sort it out with Verizon.

Ya it should have asked you if you wanted to update the pin and it changes everything over. or you skipped a step.

you need to transfer over your e-mail address with verizon
