    When I'm on the phone if I hit mute I can't hit again to turn off any ideas?

    Same thing here. I have no idea- but would love to figure out how to undo it once you accidently hit it. I end up hanging up on the person and then calling them back.

    You can turn off by hitting bb button..but iwouod like t just touch screen
