I have been having some trouble playing mp3s (these are just normal mp3 files no drm or anything like that)

basically when i first got the storm sometimes the songs would start either on full volume or on the lowest volume..the song itself would play at a steady volume but i had to adjust it to the desired volume

now , recently whenever i play music with headphones sometimes a song will play through the headphone then the next one will play through the phone speakers...its really annoying . i cant even sit on the train and listen to an album peacefully

please help!!
