My storm only rings twice before going to voicemail. On the other end the person hears it ring about 10 times. So my phone rings about 1 for every 5 of them hearing it ring. Hope that makes since. Is there a way to change this? I don't have time to get it out of the holder before they hang up or voice mail comes on.

Do you have your device set to tone+vibe? If so, try changing it to tone only.

I turned off the vibe and now get 4 rings. That's better, thanks. I'd still like about 5 rings with vibe if anyone knows a way to set that.

Unfortunately, you cannot set the number of rings you hear when someone calls you. So I hope you are ok with just four.
