Ever since I upgraded to .133 about 75% of the pictures I receive are a brown or green box and I have to save the image to see it. Any picture I want to send that I'm not sending from the camera screen (ie: one from my memory card) is a green box and the recipient can't see it. What is the problem and is there a fix?

sounds like an OS issue, backup, wipe, reinstall, or maybe try a newer OS.

Wow, haven't seen that one for a while. Yes, it was a known issue for a long while with OS's above .75. You should install the .148 OS, which is the official current version for Verizon, and does not have the MMS black-box issue.

When I go to update on the phone it says there are no updates available. Can I download it from vzw.com?

Check under the OS thread and find the sticky post for "quick index 4.7.0.148" it should have all the links and instructions etc.
