    Called Global Support this morning and the rep said the issue was probably because my number was ported from T-mobile, and for some reason because of that I couldn't recieve MMS messages from T-Mobile customers. I dunno...she said it would take anywhere between 24-72 hours to fix the problem.

    Wanted to post this in the original thread, but couldn't find the search function...sorry
