Ok I have a friends Storm 9530 who last week I loaded a shrunk .328 on. It seems to not give the option to get image or get images for emails. The html option is enabled and all text is consistent with an html email. It just doesn't show or give the option to show the images. It's an aol email account. The phone is on Verizon w/ BIS. Possibly a problem with the os load? should I just reload it? Is this a known issue with a known fix? My search didn't bring anything up that was helpful.
I had the same problem with myt Bold 9700. I called my carrier they couldn't help. So they transfered me to BB support. I told them what was on the BB site, we followed it & it worked! So goto Blackberry.com>support & services then type in the description below & follow that, it should help.
