I'm running 9530 .109 and when I plug into my computer I can't see my memory card. I've tried messing with different options in memory settings and can't seem to come up with a working combination. Can anyone help please?

    Laptop is Vista 32 bit

    Phone Memory settings are:

    Media Card Support - On
    Encryption Mode - None
    MTP - On
    Mass Storage Mode - On
Auto Enable when connected - Yes

Do you have Mass Storage enabled in your memory settings?

Have you rebooted your pc? Also what OS is on your computer? Is this a personal or work pc?

when you connect your device, go into your hardware manager and make sure there are no red/yellow flags.

I had this happen with .90 I believe. I couldn't figure it out, but disappeared when I went to 103. Didn't really investigate it all that much though sorry.

try pulling the SD card out and then plug it into the computer and see if the device Mem comes up as a drive.

@ chmaro and Iceman 08, no difference. Maybe I should downgrade to something and then back up again?

What version of DM are you using. Also I havent used Vista since the Monstrosity came out, but in XP you can go to Start > Control Panel > Admin Tools > Computer Management > Storage > Disk Managmenet. When you plug in your device you may see it show there, but as not enabled. Right click and enable it.

this may sound really stupid, but have you taken your phone into Verizon any time lately. The reason i ask is i took my phone into VZ and they plugged into their mysterious contact switching thingamajiggy and after that, my media card wouldn't show up either. I ended up getting it back after i ran a backup and restore from DM. This may be completly coincidental but it worked for me.
