I have set up my message alerts so that the phone vibrates and plays an alert when I receive an email message but it has not been consistently working. Sometimes it beeps and vibrates (25% of the time), sometimes it vibrates only 50% of the time) and sometimes it does neither.
All of these issues have occured when the phone is out of the holster.
I have tried to modify the settings multiple times and I have also done the obligatory battery pull but it hasn't worked.
Is anyone else experiencing this ?? Any suggestions as to a solution ?? Any help appreciated !
