    Why in the message icon it will show there for missed calls?I thought that was just for email?Why doesnt it show under the sms /mms icon where it shows when you get a voice mail--Is there a way to set it that your missed calls shows under the sms/mms icon? So only the message icon shows for emails

    Go to messages>options>general options> SMS and email inboxes set to separate.

    You're not even answering his question. You're just separating his inboxes.

    The Messages folder is able to track calls but that can be changed. Go to Phone Options> Call Logging> select None. Now it will no longer track calls.

    The SMS/MMS folder CANNOT track missed calls, however it does receive a text notification of a voicemail, like you said.
