Please help ! When the Storm is in portrait mode my Message Icon shows the "alert" symbol ... but there are no messages ! And when I turn the Storm to landscape mode the "alert" symbol disappears. Its driving me nuts:

Portrait mode - the alert is on
Landscape mode - the alert is off

Thanks ... and yes I have advanced searched for this problem without success.

Take the battery our and put it back in. That should clear up the problem.

change the grid from 4x4 to daulfalt go to options the go to screen and keyboard then go to the frist option change from 4x4 to daufaltes

New problem while running .86. Yesterday i was watching a movie using the BlackBerry headphones, without issue. However, now the phone is stuck in headphone mode, even after I unplug the headphones. I have done multiple bat. pulls, but the headphone symbol remains when making a call and i can not hear anything. I have also tried plugging the headphones back in. I can hear the call, but once unplugged I can not. Help?
