    Hey fellow CrackBerry Addicts!

Every time I go to press my menu key, it will not do anything at all.

Could it be something in my options, or do I have to call and ask for a second replacement?

this happens to me probably 50% of the time; i have to press the menu key about 3-4 times to get anything to come up.

Mine is not doing anything, at all, no matter how many times I click it.

To both of you: are you referring to the BB key? If so... you probably should take it in. Maybe do a battery pull, doubt that would help though.

Love The Office by the way.

Yeah, the key with six dots on it.

    I <3 The Office also!

EDIT: Doing a battery pull as we speak (type, rather).

Sounds like your service provider needs to provide you with an exchange!

    Unfortunately.

Battery pull did absolutely nothing. Looks like I am calling CS again *sigh*.

Yeah... sorry. The phone is pretty much non-functional without that key!

Verizon CS just told me that it will take 2-3 billing cycles until my returned phone (original) is processed, and that in order to return my current phone (first replacement), I need to wait until my other is processed or go visit a store to see if they can exchange it.

How is everyone else doing their exchanges so quick?
