    Pressing menu key or call button (green call button) will not work. Phone and apps seem to be working slower. lots of memory & have done a battery pull with no luck. Could this be a softwear prob.

    Do you have insurance? If so Id get a new one I use my menu button all the time too valuable to be without.

    There's also a Send option on the tab bar on the bottom of the screen when in the SMS screen.

    My second storm's menu key and end key died, verizon replaced it under warranty
