This is a quick thread to see when a member on CB ordered their Storm and if they have/haven't received it yet. This way other users of CB know if anyone else in their region have or haven't received their Storm. Just state what region you fall within, whether or not you have your phone, and what day you ordered.

The breakdown of State Regions are as follows:

Northeast: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Connecticut, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware.

I ordered mine on the 21st around noon and still don't have it, I live in Ohio.

No word on my tracking number or my order status.

Patiently awaiting its arrival.


EDIT: I'll keep a tally up here as to where the member is located so that way everyone doesn't have to wade through the responses.

EDIT EDIT: If you receive your phone and already gave me your info, let me know what region you were in, etc.. so then I can add you to the correct place.

I am guessing that I am in the South, as I am in Florida, but it isn't on the list

I ordered mine at a corp. Verizon store on Minday 11/24. My order was done by 6pm & I was told that it would ship to me and I should have it by 12/5, then I was told that it would ship out to me by 12/8, then told again that I would have it no later than 12/5 (all of this within 5 mins of each other, all by the same CS Rep at the store). I was told that I would be contacted when it ships & given a tracking number.

As of now, I have not recieved any tracking number, no email or phone call from VZW stating that my order has even been processed. I did check my credit card & the charges went thru on 11/25, so they do have my money.

I am just patiently waiting until Wednesday (12/3) for some info. If nothing by then I will just politely call & check on the status of my order.

Ordered 11/21. Order "processed" and charged 11/24. Order status if I ask a "CSR" - "Pending shipment". Order status if I use the online tool "Your order has been processed. You should receive your order within 2 - 3 business days."

No tracking info.

Thankfully I've had my other Storm for over a week (from store, was on waiting list). Hoping I get it soon so the wife stops saying I'm rubbing it in her face....lol

I am in the North Central region (Iowa). I ordered mine on Sat 11/22 from a Corporate Store at 4:45 CST (5:45 EST) according to my receipt. Have heard nothing via e-mail. Called telesales on Saturday to check the status and they see the order and said it would ship between the 5th and the 8th. Hoping for earlier.

The randomness is driving me nuts (on the verge of pissing me off) - so I hope we can spot a pattern.

It really does seem to be random... I gave my info in a message a few minutes ago, however it is clear that in my case, ordering on the 23rd and scheduled to receive on the 2nd, that I am getitng mine after some who order after me and before some who ordered before me. There must be some method that Verizon is using, but at the moment it appears to be pulling orders out of a hat!

CT, ordered 11-24, received "Order is being Processed" e-mail on the 26th, Storm was charged to my vzw account immediately, no equipment receipt in vzw message center......not so patiently waiting

Ordered mine (3)..well started the order around 11am, stores computers crashed and rep completed my order around 6pm on 11/21. Was told the order should be expected no later than 12/5. Heard others on the forum called CS so I called them on 11/25 and they gave me a tracking number. Storm arrived as promised on 11/28.

I ordered from a Corporate store on 11/21 but the sales rep didnt place it until 11/23. I called *611 on 11/30 and was finally given a tracking number. I should get it tomorrow 12/2 before 7pm according to tracking number.
