Hi, i hope you guys can help me please!
I'm trying to sync songs to my BB Storm 1 via Media sync and iTunes. I have done this before with no problems and i would like to add more songs to my phone. However when i'm in the Desktop Manager then i click on 'launch' within the 'Blackberry Media Sync' section, all that happens is my phone starts to think about it and then doesn't do anything at all! On my PC screen it still displays the same page and doesn't actually open the MediaSync?!?!?
I have tried downloading the Media Sync seperately from BB's website but still to no avail! I'm using Windows XP Pro SP2.
Any comments will be much appreciated and thanks in advance!

Have you tried starting MediaSync from it's startup icon versus from DesktopManager. I know that on my Windows 7 64-bit system MediaSync will not start from the desktop manager but starts fine on it's own.

Do you mean the Desktop Manager? If so, i just did that and it still doesn't work!
