Okay so i got a replacement Blackberry Storm after my old one's screen cracked. Luckily i have Asurion's replacement insurance. The most important pictures on my phone are saved to the device memory. Im trying to transfer them from my old storm to my new one. The problem is, since my old ones screen is completely broken, i cant navigate through it to send the pictures via bluetooth to my MAC. I tried connecting my old BB and my MAC and browsing the device, but i only get the ''device doesnt have necessary capabilities'' or whatever it says. Is there any program where i can go onto my devices media and download the pictures to my computer?
