    I having a promblem with blackberry Media Sync. For some weird reason I get an error message "Blackberry Media Sync failed to connect to your blackberry device. Click to try again or cancel to disconnect". It started doing this after I did the update. Can someone please give me some tips?

    Have you tried re-booting the pc AND doing a battery pull on the phone?

    I always reboot the computer and it works funny though it hasn't done it since the upgrade.

    I have re-booted pc many times and pulled battery many times
    still can not get media sync to work, get same error listed above.

    I really think it has to do with PC and phone driver

    I have the same problem. Sync works fine but media sync fails to connect !!
