i need help getting my phone to play music,videos, etc. i already performed a hard reset and that still didnt help.i keep getting a message that says "unable to play content" how do i fix this???
is your media card corrupt. if everything is installed on the media card, and its not playing it, thats the most likely canidate to your issue after hard reset. and by hard reset your stating. option/security/general security, press the blackberry key/select wipe handheld, thats a true hard reset/wipe. did you just pull the battery?
i didnt pull the battery. i hard reset it...i dont think its the media card b/c the ringtones and alarms that came with the phone wont play either. they play when i get a text or call though.
Just today I have fixed the problem when i was trying to view youtube videos and when
I clicked on stream video the media player would not do anything.
So I remembered that i had opera
Mini and opera mini beta 2 installed, so I uninstalled opera mini beta 2 and when I went back to youtube I was able to view Videos again.
It seemed to me the media player getting confused?
