Can someone please help me figure out why when I open my desktop software (I have the Storm) that my Roxio Media Manager is grayed out? I can't launch it to download pics, ringtones, etc..... I have reloaded, etc., but no luck!
I've always had problems with Roxio Media Manager. I don't even think it was a clean install. Everytime I try to reinstall it, it never finishes. I'd like to get to the bottom of this.
me too....! I have eeven gone to the BB website and downloaded the Desktop Software WITH Media Manager. When I open it the Media Manager is still disabled.
