The list of songs (or videos or picures) on my roxio media manager keep scrolling by itself. If I try to browse to some file that is not near the top or bottom of the list I cannot make that part of the list stay in the pane. It will scroll by itself to either the top or the bottom of the list. Does anyone else have that problem? How can I prevent it?

Idk if it's a common problem. Did u pull battery?

I pull like once every one or two days ... But this particular problem remained the same.

media manager is part of DM....

i don't use media manager personally, i use windows explorer, copy/paste, and WMP to sync music, no problems at all, and easier to navigate/use than roxio

I always wanted to use MTP but my device does not show up at all in My Computer or WMP.
