It�s good to know, greeneyes, that I�m not in this alone.

I also have to problem that whenever I backup my Storm, in my email settings, it tells me the device is having a problem connecting w/the server. Meaning my incoming mail doesn�t go the individual mail address folders but the main mail folder. How can I correct that ?

I am also having trouble with Media Manager.... but it does not even show up on Desktop. Verizon/BB Tech support says that MM does not work with Windows NT (which I run at work).... it is a compatability issue... still trying to resolve. Came here looking for help.

Joe826 method worked out great for me...i couldnt get my media manager to work on the desktop manager all i did was click on my computer click on my blackberry...plug it into my computer with my usb cord...found my media folder and then found the movie and copy and pasted it into my media file for the blackberry...im watching dark knight now...thanx joe!
