Help! I somehow lost my browser icon on the BB Storm 9530 and don't know how to get it back. Is there a download from a website where I can reinstall?

Go to options, advanced, options, host routing table, click the blackberry button, and go to register now

When you sent the message did you receive one back? Also try sending your service books from the BIS. Which can be done here https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw

pltaylor, I received Host Routing Information from Vzw but don't know how to interpret?

Nothing to interpret, just a conformation. Send the service books also from the main menu hit menu>show all just to be sure you didn't accidentally hide it.
