Something really strange started happening on my storm as from today. If i allow the screen to fade off normally i would press the screen and it would either come back up or give me the message about unlocking ( proving ive locked obviously) but it does nothing and stays blank how ever if i press any of the keys the lock comes off??? Until now the only way i could take lock off was with the button on the top that you use to lock the thing.
I prob should mention that I updated some software prior to this as recommended by the desktop manager i also installed and removed some themes.
Yeah its a known issue. Pattern lock seems to work pretty well for me also. Or you might want to try Auto Lock (locks the phone automatically when the screen fades.)
