Ok I downloaded the .RAR file and copyed to the right folder and all that is good. Now when I open app loader it does not find any new updates. Anybody help please....

im about to update to from .113 to .122 do i have to delete any files before updating.

Did you unzip the .rar file before copying the CDMA and Java files? If so then simply use loader.exe rather than DM.

Loader.exe is located in the following directory: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader once you are there, right click on loader.exe and run it as the administrator and follow the on screen instructions.

If you are not with Bell then delete the Vendor.xml file.

Make sure you only have 1 OS installed via control panel. Delete the vendor file if its there, disconnect from the internet. Use AppLoader, not DM - it is faster and easier.
