My storm for some reason just started deleting sms/mms & email messages on its own. I call verizon and they sent me a replacement phone. I have older backups that has some important text/mms messages in the backup. How do I get those messages back on my phone? I have the backup I made this morning before I restored it to my new phone.
I need to be able to get those older sms messages on my phone or at least print them out on the computer.
I restored this morning onto the new phone. It worked just fine, but the older messages are from a backup about a week ago. I restored the backup I made right before I loaded onto my new phone. I need to some how merge for lack of a better word the sms from the week old back up, but I need to keep the sms from the backup I made this morning.
The week old backup has the messages from before my phone started deleting messages on its own.
