Ok So I know there are some Verizon Rep on the site; So, The Camera on my phone stopped working. Soft Resets, hard resets, nothing makes it work again. Whats the Likelihood of the Verizon store giving me a new Storm? As opposed them making me file and insurance claim. Asurion refurb phones ALWAYS suck in quality, every single one I've ever gotten was complete garbage! You pay 6 bucks a month for NOTHING and when you do need them its 50 more bucks and a crappy Chinese toy quality, refurbed by turtles phone!!......*phew*

W/VZW phone's covered by warranty but they only give refurbs (in store or via mail) after 1st 30 days. Best 2 try out in store. I did & so far storm is better than original in call quality, click, even resolution (had a good one overall but somehow got blitzed/JVM error 517 after .148 OTA). Good luck!
