    My LED status light doesn't go off when i get SMS text messages but it goes off when i get emails. I have the LED set to on under the message alerts options. Does anyone know whats wrong?

    What operating system are you currently running? I know there have been a few in the past that have caused LED problems.

    Did you try to do a battery pull after saving the setting?

    I just got my Storm last Tuesday so I'm guessing the newest operating system but im not 100% sure and i just turned the LED off then back on and pulled the battery after i saved it and the LED still doesn't go off when i get a text

    I had this on certain OS's, try downloading a newer one. If that doesn't work, take it into the verizon store and they'll replace it if it still doesn't work
