Has anyone obtained a extended life battery? If so, was it thicker and did the extra thickness eliminate the need for the extra card trick on the battery to fix the keyboard click problem? It could be that all these key problems were due to the physical battery spec not being critical. It stands to reason that a thicker battery could fix the problem?
Perhaps during assembly they used the same battery to adjust all on the assembly line and the battery used was a thicker one than most?
Just thought I'd share that thought..... not expecting anything to be done about it except I hope a new, fatter, higher Ma hour battery from RIMM is out soon...
