ok so i have a storm 9530, i have a jvm error 102 and it stays stuck, ive loaded the newest version of the desktop manager but when i go to connect or to even try and reload the os it wont connect to the blackberry, when i go to detect it shows the blackberry in the usb port but wont connect...anyone able to help me i cant find anything on the bb website..thanks

Do you have any os loaded on you pc that you can run app loader? If not, dl one, wipe to 507 and unplug the internet and load using app loader.
