I wiped my device and have the 507 screen on it, but when I go to install the OS back on it is telling me no update is required for your device.

Can some please tell me what I am doing wrong?

It's because you have the DM set up to automatically check for updates. Why? I don't know. Anyways, plug in device>open DM>select Apploader>Add/Remove programs and install the core apps. Then restore from a previous backup.
