Had some problems with file types and I know I can convert them in iTunes. What file type does the Storm support? I'm drawing a blank and wanna make sure I do it right.
but one issue you may encounter is that DRM protected files do not play on anything pretty much accept apple products so they will not show up or transfer to the storm Unless you remove the protection using a third party app or other alternative.
ok, I'm new to the whole BB thing. I noticed that on Desktop Manager you can sync iTunes with the Storm but every time I go to d/l and install the media sync app it says that Desktop Manager has quit working and shuts down. Anyone else have this issue?
