give it some time and it will be like the shield is not on there. it needs to dry a little

Best thing to do is let it dry for a few hours and try again. If it still doesn't work, call for a replacement? Let us know.

When installing you were supposed to pull the battery out, install the shield, and let it dry for 12 hours BEFORE PUTTING THE BATTERY BACK IN!!! This is to prevent water damage. Most water damage can be prevented in electronics as longs as NO ELECTRICITY is being applied.

I would pull the battery, give the phone a few hours to dry, use a hair dryer on it a little, and then put the batter back in and see what happens.

Meh...Follow directions next time I guess.

READ directions! You were not supposed to turn on your phone right after you installed it. You need to give any moisture time to dry before you turn it on.

    +1!

I have realized that so many errors could be avoided if people simply read the directions to things. It is an electronic device, that runs on electricity! You think water would allow it to function properly?

I hear that if you actually put it in the toilet and let it sit for 20 minutes it wil dry by itself in no time at all.

The instructions say to take the battery out prior to installing and let it dry 12 to 24 hours before using it again.

I had zero problems since putting my Invisible Shield on.
