If Asurion doesn't have the Storm in stock, they'll give you an option to choose a COMPARABLE phone. I don't know how they determine what's comparable with what but I've received a free upgrade this way before (from Treo 700p to 755p). I think you're stuck with Storm if they have it in stock.
Yup girlfriend filed a claim Thursday n had a brand new refurb on Friday. If you file your claim online they waive the shipping fee. I bet they have truckloads of 9530's in stock.
