If you're using the silicrylic case and you're screen is unresponsive/hard to click, it's because the case is holding the right convenience key half way down. To fix it, I took a knife and scraped out a bit of the case material that covers the button.
Ouch, that's actually bad for the key because the right-conveinience key is actually a dual-stage button... for the camera. Half way down actually causes it to focus and all the way takes the shot.
