Hey,

Does anyone know how to import the contacts from a palm pilot to a blackberry? They way blackberry explains it makes it seem like it only works for a Palm Treo. I converted from my basic Palm Pilot TX model. Help please it is killing me to type in every address. Also Palms beam information how can a BB receive it?

If you synced your Palm to Outlook, you can now set your BB to sync with Outlook.

I first moved my Palm contacts and calendar to Outlook.
Then used the Blackberry desktop manager to sync Outlook to the Blackberry.

To move to Palm info, I used PocketCopy by Chapura. I got it from Handango for $25. This program is a one time tranfer. The info still stays on the Palm.

You can also just re-install your Palm desktop software. This time select sync with Outlook instead of Palm Desktop. Then use BB desktop to sync to Outlook.
