If there is a upgrade for a OS, can you bring your phone into the dealer and have them install it for you? Especially if it is less than 30 days old.

incorrect. they will only do software upgrades on non-smartphone devices. any blackberry or other smartphone update, you will have to download from vzam.net and do it on your own computer. they are unable to do smartphone updates at the stores because the security will not allow the downloading and installing of the update on a vzw computer.
