    My pictures to bing Vzw video and other apps are gone now all I have is a generic globe. How do I get them back? I did several battery pulls it didn't help. Does this have nything to do with the data outage ?

    yep, just leave it on for like 20 minutes it will come back . I reinstall my OS and was noticing it too.
