    Or you can put it in mass storage mode and drag music into the music folder. No syncing software required.

    You could do it over bluetooth if you mac has bluetooth, but it's not nearly as efficient as just plugging in the data cable and dragging everything over.

    I have a mac and that's what I did.

    OTA if you are on verizon you can use vcast which you will find in the apps center, but its around 2 bucks a song.

    What happened to the data cable that came with the device? you kinda need it


    You can load songs from itunes onto the phone via the data cable, only if they are DRM free.
