What does it say 507 error?

no when i was trying to put the new OS on it, DM said fatal error occurred.


and yes im at the 507 error on my device still.

1. Run the .exe if you haven't already
2. Restart your pc
3. Plug you phone into the usb port
4. Open up DM
5. Try the upgrade again

'507' means theres no OS installed. First reboot your computer. Then Plug in device>Open DM>Apploader>Ad/Remove> and install the OS. After it's done>Kep device plugged in>Main Menu>Backup/Restore>And restore from a previous backup.

Happened to me too, but as posted earlier... I rebooted PC, then ran the exe file again ( also disconnected PC from internet as tipped in another thread)....

Seriously, pull up the 'how to' page and follow exactly,.... that was my problem, I didnt follow the setup exactly ( thought I knew what I was doing since I have been doin IT since 1980.... I aint so smart when it comes to BB...)...
