Is it on the phone memory or is it attached to the media card?

plug your phone up to your computer and drag/drop the file. very easy.

The computer keeps showing up as "9530 device" and when i go into the video folder, the video is no there? however it is still playable on the phone? I dont understand how it plays on the phone, but it is not recognized by the computer? please help me here

quote for emphasis. go to options/memory and turn mass storage mode on. then go back and plug the phone in again and drag/drop.

A nice little tip you may want to consider is go into the video options and change the recording to MMS mode.
