I can only access documents and music...What is going on here?

Btw I do have Mass Storage on and still no luck :/

Anybody know what is causing this?

I've done the battery pull multiple times.

Still cannot access my videos and pics on my computer

Plus, the computer definitely recognizes the blackberry. Again I can access the BB and play the music files and a couple documents, but that's it? What the **** is going on here?

You can't access the files on your card or device memory? Does the computer recognize both?

you should be able to access the files on the pc in the folders but not on the phone itself when connected like u mentioned above

the computer does recognize the blackberry. i still can't access any photos, videos, or anything.

There is a setting "enable mass storage" I think its in the memory section of tools but don't quote me on that. You want to enable mass storage.


**** OK had to go get my storm off my desk. It is Memory under tools/options. You'll want to enable mass storage and that will allow you to access whatever is on your memory card
