Make sure you have Mass Storage Mode enabled in your Storms Options. Go to the Options Icon, then select Memory, and check the settings in there. Most should be set to On, Prompt, or enable.

Quickest way is just using your file explorer and copy files form your device to your pc. Slower but workable is using DM's Media manager (Roxio). Slowest would probably be using Bluetooth if you have a bluetooth adapter on your pc.
Most should be set to On, Prompt, or enable.
