You will get charged after 7 days after not returning the phone but lets say you did it a little late, give them a call to sort things out. I did that with my Voyager and they charged me full price. I sent it to them late since I wasn't hope for 10 days or something and they took care of it.

They never charged me prior to shipping and the next day fedex was free as well.
