I'm on #3 (Original and two replacements). Original had less than clicky screen, the replacement had a non-clicky screen, and now I'm very happy with the replacement's replacement. Everything on this one is working great!

I've had one and from what I can tell it's good. No backlight leakage around the screen what-so-ever, and it clicks well.

Got my first STORM on 12/3/08 - Made in Canada. Requested a replacement as the screen was stiff on the space key (in portrait). Replacement was a FRU - huge gap between buttons and lower screen (MEXICO); requested replacement #2 -made 12/24/08 - EVEN WORSE!! Screen Gaps were horrible - appears screen was too small for the casing (CANADA). Ended up keeping the original - which was the best. Go Figure!!!!

I'm on my third one... although I wish I would have kept my first. The first one worked wonderfully...but had dust in the screen. The second two just don't work as well (click screen isn't as good, etc). Oh well. Still love the phone though.

I'm on my second as well. The first one had dust under the screen and did not click well around the edges. My second works great but I just noticed a couple pieces of dust under the screen. Should I keep it or exchange?

On my 4th, just as I am starting to rave about this phone, some old problems are starting to rear it's ugly head.

1. Touch screen is starting to act up
2. Having to do battery pulls more frequently
3. Freezing
4. The call and end button starting to look sloppy


The battery life has been amazing lately.

I'm running .85, if I have to get another one, I will. I am really liking the phone.
