p.s. - Mariska did you make a folder for email? How did you do that?

On the home screen, hit menu button, then "Add Folder". Move your e-mail account(s) there. I have 3 email accounts and don't want them cluttered so I put them in a custom folder.

Hey Class!


They are some default choices when you add or edit a folder. Beside the name is a folder icon....click on it for the choices.

yeah i'm really interested in the answer to that too. is that a native ability in the OS or did you download a folder icon app or something?

maybe i should rename my instant messaging folder to social...

Edit: nopz maybe not.. when you edit it it wont keep the icon.. and that icon is not in the list of available..

Update your Weatherbug noaim and it'll display the temp and a icon for sunny/rainy/snowy/etc on the icon

I tried 12 for a day or so and it really annoyed me to be honest, and it takes away from the homescreen when you hand your storm to somebody to show it off.

To change the number of rows of icons you have, on the screen that shows all of your icons, hit the Menu button, then Options. Under Homescreen layout you can change how many rows to have displayed.

I typically have the Capture It icon hidden so typically you would see the YouTube app icon instead of the Capture It icon.

An awesome screen. I have just four icons myself - Messages, INTERNET (folder), VZ Navigator, and Voice Dialing. In the landscape position, it opens to 16 icons, yes,
ALWAYS SIXTEEN.

So, how do you capture this screen ? Using, Capture It, I hope. I just can't figure out how to get this one screen.
